Just want to ask for advice regarding my predicament.
I signed a three-month contract with my employer and the effectivity of that contract ended last January 10, 2015. Now, due to the demands of the job and having to work on weekends at times, my health has been suffering. I've decided to tender my resignation letter on Monday. I just want to clarify if I have to serve 30 days notice though my contract has already ended? When my employment commenced, I was told a probationary contract will follow after the three-month contract expires but there was none nor mention of it.
