i would like to ask if there are any guiding laws regarding the deduction of tardiness and absences on bonuses. In our school, tardiness and absences are already being deducted from the monthly salary, and annually it is also being deducted from our 13th month pays and Mid-year bonuses.
All in all, we are suffering the burden of deductions three times a year. Is this even legal?? Thanks!
