Arresto Menor
Last year lng po namatay yung father ko and di po xa nkagawa ng last will niya. Meron po kaming utang sa Auntie namin matagal na nung buhay pa yung father ko and nakasanla yung land farm namin sa kanila. Then this year ngkasakit yung brother ko so nadagdagan yung utang namin till nka decide yung mother ko na ibenta yung land farm area di kasali yung home lot namin. Usapan is ibenta namin yung farm and ilagay sa contract na anytime pwede namin mabawi pag may pera na kami at kami pa rin yung magfarm and pumayag cla. Dumating yung ginawa nilang Deed of Sale, problems are:

1. hindi nka indicate na anytime is pde namin mbili yung lupa.
2. nkalagay na owner is my mother and my younger brother only since yung brother ko ang mag fafarm (kaya gusto ko e add nila yung name contract as owner)
3. nilagay nila is parcel of land hindi nka specify na 1/2 hectares farm land.

Pag parcel of land ho ba kasali pati yung home lot namin? Kasi hindi nka specify na yung half hectare farm land. Din ayaw kong ipa sign sa mother ko since hindi yung ang napagkasunduan. Gusto kung ulitin yung deed of sale pero sabi ng Auntie ok lang daw yun deed of sale and galit pa kasi mahirap daw ulitin yun. Ganito din kasi nangyari sa pinsan ko. Yung Auntie ko din gumawa ng deed of sale ngaun pati homelot nila di na nila pag aari. Advice naman po, ako po yung eldest.

kailangan niyo yan ayusin yung contract ninyo kasi hindi naman absolute deed of sale yung ginawa ninyo. Dapat Pacto De Retro Sale yung ginawa ninyo kung ganyan na pwedeng ayusin yung deed of sale ninyo kasi kayo ang mahihirapan kung hahayaan ninyong ganyan. At dapat klarado doon kung ano lang yung binebenta sa auntie ninyo at hanggang kelan ninyo pwedeng bilhin na muli yung farm land.
