We are in a trucking business, providing services to (JWS) Jollibee Worldwide Services, tru our mother trucker Proficere Ent.
On October 6, 2014, one of our truck was assigned to deliver dry items to four Jollibe outlet in Alabang area, during the delivery our personnel found out that there were three items missing. As agreed,
the store would have note the missing items on the DR's message box so it will be automatically charge to us upon POD clearing.Incidentally All Delivery Receipt was misplaced and considered lost. With this, JWS is charging us all items containing in the DR's in 300% instead of charging only the missing items..In hand with us now are the photocopy of DR's from stores as proof that the items was received by them except for the missing one
Legal po ba ang changing nila ? 678,786.55 po lahat ng halaga mas mahal pa sa truck namin..
