Are you legally separated?  If not, both of you can be potentially charged by the offended parties for crimes; she for adultery and you for concubinage.  May kaukulang parusa ang mga iyan.
(Kung kasal pa kayo, she can use your family name sa anak without consent. But the legal husband can eventually question which will require filing a case, proof through DNA results. Medyo mahal.)

If not, pagisipin mo ang merit ng legal separation or even annulment.

Opinyon lang ito.

the thing is she gave the consent magka gf ako. but thats not my point. i want to know what legal actions i can take. since she doesnt want to undergo dna test for the baby. she is giving me the custody of my kids ( does nt include the baby) but she is still asking for money. i wAnna file legal separation. i want annulment but i think its too expensive and i dont have that cash. i want to know what to do.

You can file a petition to the court to question the legitimacy of the child. the court may order DNA testing.
