Bagong hired lang sia last December 8 2014.. sa isang call center.. sila po ay nag academic training till January 15 2015 at naging ocp po sa floor nag dial sila ng 3rd week of January 2015.. ang nangyari at the end of February hindi niya po na hit ang kanyang target.. nilipat po siya ng ibang account at hindi siya tinanggap.. ang ginawa po ng management ay pinapirma siya agad ng "end of contract" na may pirma na ng 1ng team leader, 1ng manager at 1ng nagtratraining bilang team leader (not certified as a TL).. Ngayon hindi po siya binigyan ng copy at ang sabi bumalik na lamang siya after 1week para magpaclearance..
Base po sa contract ay "fail to meet the standards required during training or be removed by the company as a consequence of termination of the employmentwithin a 6mons period from the date you hire and/ or completion of traing, when so applicable."
Ano po bang ibig sabihin nun? At nilagay po na dahilan ng management ay dahil not hitting the target? Puwede bang mangyari yun kung ang isang ahente ay isang buwan pa lamang nagtatawag sa floor? Puwede bang iserve ung end of contract? Kase ang pagkaka alam ko within 3mons of calling.. at dun lang dapat magbase kung magcocontinue si agent sa company. ?

Within and before the expiration of rgis 6mons period, your performance shall be evaluated,the result of which will determine your qualification or non qualification for regular employmentwithin the company. The company reserves the right to terminate your employment if it should find based on the evaluation of your performance that you failed to qualify for regular employment.
This are some rules inside of the contract..
