Hi,

I just want to ask, approved na kasi yung loan ko sa PAG-IBIG fund pero may mga kailangan akong documents para sa release ng check. My developer wants me to sign these documents DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE and DEED OF RECONVEYANCE. Napansin ko lang kasi sa binigay na requirement ni PAG-IBIG is yung DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE lang ang kailangan ko i accomplish...wala yung DEED OF RECONVEYANCE. I just want to ask kung kailangan ko ba talaga iyon para sa title transfer ng property sa pangalan ko? at ano yung pagkakaiba nila ng DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE? Medyo alangan akong pirmahan kasi manloloko yung developer namin eh. Nakakatakot na baka ibenta ako sa iba. Maraming Salamat sa sasagot. Smile
