Hi Sir/Mam,

Good day, itatanong ko lng po kung panong legal case ang pwedeng gawin sa nangyari samin.
Kumuha po kasi kami ng bagong tayo na bahay sa San Pedro, Laguna and naginitial downpayment po kami ng P100,000 para daw ndi ibigay ng developer (Rosauro D. Amante), ang price po ng bahay is P1,650,000 tapos samin pa daw yung mga tax at sa registry of deeds na aabot ng P50,000. Natawaran naman po namin sya ng P1,550,000 then inayos po namin sa PAG-IBIG and housing loan na P1,300,000 dahi; nasabi rin samin na sure maapprove hanggang P1,400,000 either sa pagibig or bangko according sa developer.

Ang problema po ay P1,100,000 lang ang naapprove ng pagibig dahil masyado daw mahal ung bahay 53 sq metres po yung binibili namin. Ndi po namin kaya hanapin yung P200,000 at nagdecide n lng kami na wag na ituloy dahil ndi naman samin yung problema kung ndi sa bahay mismo na overpriced. Ayaw na po ibalik sa min yung pera tapos may cancellation charge daw po. Makatarungan po ba ito? Hindi ko na po kasi alam ang gagawin at ayaw naman po naming mawala yung P100,000 dahil wala naman kaming ginawang masama, inayos po namin lahat agad at ndi sa min ang problema buti sana kung mayaman kami, surviving lng naman po kami.
