How long after the property is paid in full should I get a Deed of Sale from the owner? I do live in N. Samar.

You should get it as soon as possible, unless there is a specific time stated in any other contract executed between you and the owner concerning the sale of the property. The deed of sale is not difficult to prepare, the seller only needs the assistance of a lawyer for the preparation of it and you and the seller have to sign the deed of sale and have it notarized.

Thereafter, the taxes should be paid so that the title to the property will be transferred to your name.
