Good day! Compensation package of a Supervisor includes mobile allowance of Php1,000 per month. This is also indicated on the Personnel Change Notice issued to the employee. Now the company has issued a Memo stating:
Reimbursements and allowances that are not claimed and/or liquidated within two (2)
months after month-end will be forfeited in favor of the company
