Arresto Menor
I have a different name registered in my birth certificate (Aurora). But since I started going to school, my parents wanted me to write down my name as Ma. Aurora, as how my name is written in my baptismal cert. All school records and govt. issued IDs, the name indicated there stated that my name is Ma. Aurora. I got married 17 years ago and my name registered on that marriage contract is Ma. Aurora. Since Ma. Aurora and Aurora are somehow can be declared as different person, was the marriage that I had 17 years ago is considered valid?
