If an employee already knows that he will be endorsed for dismissal due to non regularization, provided that the TL has already made him aware of that, is it acceptable by the company if he will do a graceful exit instead, like an immediate resignation as to not smear his employment record?
Because this situation has happenned before with a previous coworker. He came in for work but when his shift ended, he was told that he was dismissed by his employer due to non reg.

The "graceful exit" can be done only if the company allows it.
