Arresto Menor
Dear Sir, Madam, Atty,

my question is easy: is it normal that, when hiring a lawyer (for an annulment case), that the lawyer ask us to pay the complete agreed fee in advance, before he/she even did anything?
To me, it sounds logical that the fee would be payed gradually, according to the lawyer's efforts.
The remaining balance should be paid just before, or just after the final appearance I would think.
Are there any rules/agreements amongst lawyer's/attourney's in this matter?
Thank you in advance for a clear answer.
Best regards,
Sam
