Is it valid to clip off my salary for the first five days just in case I went on AWOL then they will deduct it on it?

Clip off, meaning they deduct already the 5 days? Then no.

They said I wont receive it(salary for the first five days) on my first cutoff. And will be used in case I will go on AWOL.

And will be given back when I resigned- Just my thought, I failed to ask this one.

Is it Article 113?

Was this in your contract? Did you sign it?

Yes this is covered by Article 113 if you did not agree to it.

This is their(employer) response:

1 week lag salary is a company policy and is not illegal at all since each company has its own sets of policies. All employees does have 1 week lag and will be given back to you if you resign or have been terminated from the company.
