Sana po may makapagbigay ng advise tungkol sa problem namin.

When we entered the company as Trainees and underwent a 1 year Basic Training Program. We signed a Training Contract with a Training Utilization Clause lasting for 5 Years excluding the Training Period which amounts to 500,000 if resigned within the first year and less 100,000 per year.

We are almost halfway through that and now the company will give us an advanced training worth 2 years BUT recently they changed the policy in which before.. the 2 years will go along with the existing bond, but now it will be added to the existing Bond from the first contract.

so our remaining 2 years and a half will be extended for 2 more years.

May I know what we can do regarding this?

but the training is kind of necessary for the us and the company as well as this is required by the Authority that the personnel must posses those training..and as well a pre requisite to move up.

ang contracts eh proteksyon for each party not only sa employer.
if wala ka naman plano umalis in the near future, cge lang... sabi mo nga need mo yang training para umangat, so para saan ang pag angat if aalis ka naman.
ang experience ko dyan, dapat if the training will fall inside the time frame of the existing one, the bond time will immediately start right after the training, so in essence, overlap sya sa old bond.

yup, yun nga din concern ko dapat overlap sya.. kailangan yun training pero yun pag execute ng terms unfair sa tingin namen.. pwede ba masabing illegal yun pag execute,

from my understanding and from previous policy ng ibang company kung ang term ay 2 years bond it must start immediately since magagamit dn naman namin agad yun training right after.
