Arresto Menor
The HR said that the "Salary lag" of 1 week is legal and most company is doing it. And she said that it will be given back when we resigned. And it will be used incase we went on awol. But it seems illegal after reading article 113 to 117. Please confirm if my understanding is correct.

Companies have their own policies,
nong pumirma ka ng contract, u agreed to them.
it seems, but that little issue will cost you much if you will file a case.
carry na lang....
another explanation dyan is the(cut-off).
allowance for computation of Tardy and Overtime..
like, yong pay mo sa 15, for them to compute properly will exclude 5 recent work days.
that will be later computed on your 30
kasi pag nag OT or na tardy, or absent sa 14 or 15 paano babawasin??
sa next payday na lang??? pareho lang din ang end result....

Wala po siya sa contract. Binanggit lang after contract signing. And iba pa po ung sa cutoff. Kasi ung i-lalag nila is pasok sa cutoff.

actually,, that is not that big deal,,,
sasahurin mo rin naman yon the next payday...
sort of company allowance lang yan, parang safety net,,,
mga ganyang issues, carry na lang,, unless di ka naman magtatagal dyan,,,
its more of having a pleasant relationship sa employer.,,,
at the end of the day, the company is the one giving you the food on the table,,,
ibang case naman kung talagang malaki at argabyado naman ang employee...

Sorry po pero I think we are not in the same page.

Kasi po hindi po siya same sa delay like ung sinasabi nio na hindi umabot sa cutoff. The 1 week salary lag will be given kapag nag resign na. ANd incase nag awol hindi siya ibibigay.

Ngayon ang tanong ko po is if legal or not base sa article 113 to 117. I am not going to file a case. I just want to know what is right and what is wrong, and what is my right. Kasi first, wala po siya sa contract.
