Pag nagrant na ang annulment and you already have the annulment papers pero di mo pa sya naregister sa local registrar at nso valid pa rin ba yung kasal mo. Pano pag nagpakasal ka ulet liable kaba for bigamous marriage?

I am married to my husband last 2003. He was annuled to his first wife last 2001. Recently I found out that there was no annotation that his marriage was annuled when I requested for Cenomar. There was also No annotation on his nso mc and local civil registrar mc that his marriage was annuled. I went to the court who issued the decision and tried to request for the certificate of finality but there was none. I have a copy of the court decision and annotated mc from local civil registrar of my husband which he gave to me before. But how come when I tried to request for it at nso and the local civil registrar, wala pong annotation at walang finality? Ano po kaya ang reason? Is his annulment valid? Is my marriage valid? Can I apply for annulment using bigamous marriage as reason?

inquire on the clerk of court, of the RTC/MTC that heard the case,
meron kasing mga requisite b4 magkaroon ng finality,,
like property separations,
registration of docs..etc..
pwede ka request nito, since hubby mo ang question.

Atty meron pa din kaya preperty separation kung ang naging reason for annulment nya is sort of gunshot wedding and after that hindi na sya nagpakita dun? When i asked for the certificate of finality, ayaw po akong bigyan dahil dun lang sa parties involved pwede. Humingi pa daw po ako ng authorization letter from my husband. Napakiusapan ko lang po na kahit hindi ako bigyan, macheck lang po namin kung me finality. Wala nga daw po. Baka hanapan din ako ng authorization, separated na din po kasi kami. Kya nga po inaayos ko ito. Tnx po.
