i have read the links and one thing bothered me, it was stated by atttLLL that when buying a lot i should vsit the land and inspect. the question is what if there is a family occupying a part of the lot? What am i going to do with them? They have been there for 10 years already.

ok an issue was actually rising. gusto ko lang malaman ano ang rights ng may bahay n un. if u can remember mr. landowner, ako ung ngttanong regarding rights ng may ari ng bahay n ang kinatitirikan is may bago ng owner and pinapaalis sila without anything in return. and to my understanding, ure statements are more of in favor don sa bagong may ari. im actually seeking advice from others, second opinion.

marami kasing related questions, at day in day out dito, di ko napansin question mo,,
anyways, as i figure it out, parang binaligtad mo sitwasyon dito,
doon, ikaw ang may bahay, me nakabili ng lupa na kinatitirikan ng bahay mo,
dito, ikaw ang gusto bumili ng lupa na merong bahay,,,, eheheheeeh
i know u want others opinion, so lets wait, maidagdag ko lang..
kung di pa tapos ang bilihan,, pwede isama sa bilihan ang bahay,,, kung gusto ng buyer, kung magkakaron sya ng good use out of it,
, pwede rin ayaw nya, say sabihing, papatayuan ko ng mas magandang building,,,, etc...
c seller, pwede rin na regardless sama or hindi ang bahay, eh kasama yan sa presyo.
so lalabas dito yong bargaining power ng bawat side, eto eh kung di pa nagaganap ang bilihan,,

iba naman kung nabili na ang property, at yun nga, di ksama ang bahay, at iba ang may-ari ng bahay at orig owner ng lot, at pinapaalis na don yong bahay......
cge wait tayo sa iba,,,
