Hi,

First time to post here, would appreciate any insight on my current issue. I recently quit my job and I did everything by the book: sent my resignation letter, HR signed it, and rendered the complete 30 days. Now I'm having my clearance signed by all the department heads but the president refuses to sign the last 2 boxes (both for HR).

Some additional info, the company is currently being sued by a former employee and they learned that I sent in an application to the former employee's current company. They feel I am/was in cahoots with this former employee but I've already clarified in a previous meeting that I'm merely friends with him on facebook, nothing else.

So anyway, president and I had argued about it earlier and he sent me out of his office, saying that nobody will ever sign my clearance and I'll never receive a COE from him. Just want to ask if he has just cause, or if he's breaking some law?

I plan to try again next week when cooler heads have prevailed. Thanks in advance.

Hello!

Resigned na po ako sa dati kong kompnya. Bago po ang resignation ko, nagpasa po ako ng turn overs ko. Ngayon po nag follow up ako ng clearance ko at di pa daw po ito tapos dahil may mga files daw po na nawawala. Papaano po ba ito? Kailangan ko po bang hanapin?

Pagkatapos mo kausapin at walang mangyari, kasuhan mo sa DOLE ng non-payment of salaries and benefits.

Good Day!
Gusto ko lang po ma clarify yung sitwasyon about resignation and my employer requiring me to extend. Last July 2014 nag sabi po ako sa Manager ko na magre resign ako ng May 9, 2015 for personal reason. Then nung March 6,2015 po ni require ako ng Manager ko to submit a resignation letter, which I complied. That day din gumawa ako ng transition plans containing all the admin tasks, and projects na hawak ko. Including the projects na hawak ko na hindi ma a accomplish within 3 months. Aware po ang Manager ko about it. 90% done na po ako with the turnover and updated ang Manager ko weekly. Ngayon po 3 weeks n lang po and malapit na last day. Kaya lang kailangan ko mag emergency leave dahil na hospital ang Mother ko. Dahil dun, nire require ako ng Manager ko na mag extend. Ilang beses na po nya ako pine pressure about it. Ask ko lang po kng pwede ba ako irequire ng manager/employer ko na mag extend?

the question here is..

pano mo ba pinasa ginawa ang turn overs mo?

diba dpt may list yan ng turn over and receive by?

kung tlgang nawala? depende sa naka wala. ang nag recieve coming from your turn overs? or dun sa nag recieve?

kung sa side mo?

lalo na at di 100% natapos yong project mo, considering needed ang expertise mo don...
sabi mo nga personal reasons bakit gusto mo umalis dyan,,
advice lang,,
do not burn bridges,,,, malay mo, pwede ka pa bumalik dyan,, eh kung simpleng extend lang na wala namang malaking impact sa yo, why not come to terms with them..
except syempre kung flylalu ka na sa US of A,,, explain mo na lang din...

Nagbigay ka na ng sobrang tagal na notice (bakit nga ba?) so dapat wala nang extend yan.

i agree kay mr.poging landowner na kung mas serious sana or urgent ang reason mo why ka mag resign>? maaring 30 days render is enuf.

at sabi nga ni boss council eh dpt wla ng extension yan kasi matagal na.

Hi,
Kanina nagsend kasi ako ng resignation and last day of employment ko is until june 29 so 30days notice pero ayaw na kong papasukin ng vp then binigay na din salary ko pero ayaw akong releasan ng clearance. 3weeks pa lang akong nagwwork sa kanila then sabi pa ng vp dapat daw nagawol na lang ako i said na hindi po tama kung magaawol ako kaya i sent a resignation. May laban ba ako na maghabol sa clearance? Need ko kc un para sa new company na papasukan ko.
