Arresto Menor
Nakabili po ako ng acquired asset sa pag-ibig through housing loan. Mayroon na po ako "Deed of Conditional sale" at "authority to move in" however may isa po na umaangkin ng house and lot nabili po nila ang property sa developer (IN-HOUSE) one year term lang. Maari po ba na maibenta muli ng developer ang asset ng pagmamay-ari ng pag-ibig ? May titulo din sila hawak at mga resibo na katunayan na nagbayad sila sa developer? Sa ngayun po sabi ng HOA refer to Baranggay po kami kasi pareho kami may mga papers. Mga atty. maari po ba na magkaroon ng dalawang titulo ang isang property? Maari din bang maibenta muli ang isang property ng developer? maraming salamat po.
