Isa po akong private employee under preventive suspension. Sumasahod po kami every 10th and 25th of the Month. Last May 8, 2015, ako po ay nabigyan ng memo na I am under Preventive Suspension for 30 working days from May 11 to June 15, 2015.
My question is, is it legal po ba na hindi ako binigyan ng sahod for the payroll of May 10 kasi daw ako ay under preventive suspension kahit May 11, 2015 ang efectivity ng suspension?
