tanong ko lang po sana
kasi po may ka live in ako ngayon
may anak po kami,

when you say ka-live in, i presume you are not married. that will make your children illegitimate even if they are carrying your surname.

illegitimate children are under the sole parental authority of the mother. if the children are below 7, then custody is vested in the mother unless it can be shown she is unfit.

the father has visitation rights. if you split with your partner, you have the right to regularly visit your children and vice versa. note that even if you are living separately, you will still have to provide support for your children.

what i would advise you is not to threaten back. if you plan to leave her, then i recommend that you enter into an agreement about visitation schedule and support.

tiis- even if you were married, you'd have to do it anyway.
