I decided to apply abroad again but my wife filed a HDO against me. And i am not sure if i will continue with my abroad application kasi baka masayang lang po. Is there any way na malaman ko if may nakafile na HDO for me? and where po? Makakapagfile po b ng HDO case against me khit nagdecide po kmi na magfile ng anulment na lang. and sabi kasi ng exwife ko.naifile na daw po hold order via email. pwede po b un?

i don't believe hold departure or watchlist order can be filed via email. to be sure, you can inquire at the bureau of immigration. good luck.
