13,10 and 8 yta??

nag saudi si lalake year 2011

then nabuyo si lalake sa ka fb nya na japayuki. nag karon sila long dist relationship habang nasa saudi si lalake at japan si babae.

then year 2013 umuwi si lalake sa pinas dun sa ka live in nya. ang saya nila. nag inuman pa kami hihihi tapos binigyan ako chocolate na binili yta sa 7/11 hahaha:)

anyway.. after 3 days. nag pa alam si lalake sa ka live in nya..

then after that hndi na umuwi ulit:(

now.. after all ng pinag daanan nung babae.

i need advice on how to manage my 18-yr old daughter. she is being influenced by friends who are out-of-school/young moms to drink, to cut or leave from classes.. (in other words, bad influences). how can i restrict these kids to be friends or come near my daughter? are there provisions in our law regarding this matter? I'm pleading for your advice very badly..

Art. 223-224 of the Family Code provides

"Art. 223. The parents or, in their absence or incapacity, the individual, entity or institution exercising parental authority, may petition the proper court of the place where the child resides, for an order providing for disciplinary measures over the child. The child shall be entitled to the assistance of counsel, either of his choice or appointed by the court, and a summary hearing shall be conducted wherein the petitioner and the child shall be heard.
However, if in the same proceeding the court finds the petitioner at fault, irrespective of the merits of the petition, or when the circumstances so warrant, the court may also order the deprivation or suspension of parental authority or adopt such other measures as it may deem just and proper. (318a)
Art. 224. The measures referred to in the preceding article may include the commitment of the child for not more than thirty days in entities or institutions engaged in child care or in children's homes duly accredited by the proper government agency."

File with the court to reprimand your child. If the court finds merit on your case, the child will be put in an institution own by the govt for a period of 30 days without your interference. This is a double blade provision, meaning the court may go against you, if, that is, you are maltreating your child. Also, this has a lasting effect on your child. My advice is go with a registered councilor(psychiatrist) first to amend the difference between your child, and if still no effect. Go for the reprimand of your child

There is no law or judge that can solve your problem, what you need to do is tho have a mother-to-child conversation with your daughter. So ibig sabihin, baka may problema sya loob mismo ng tahanan nyo?
