Our primary hospital is being rented bya a doctor for 3 years now amounting 25k only..i havent tries to increase the rent..if ever i will increase,how much is an acceptable increase? Ur rply will much appreciated..

Some depending of the sorounding (=if it has improved or got worse in business point of view)
and if repairs are done proper by landlord, so the quality stay similar,
but in general is it fair to follow the INFLATION each year (It was 3-4 percent in Phils last I looked, 7 % some years ago.)
But because of you haven't raised the rent in several years it's fair to raise more than the inflation is this year. But DON'T shock raise by catch up all years at once.
