Dear Atty,

Meron po kasing nagkautang sakin at nagbigay sya ng 3 PDCs, 1 for each month.

Meron po ba kayong maire-recommend na lawyer to help me file the case?

Marami pong salamat at mabuhay po kayo.

consce.

i recommend that you tell that person that if he does not pay, you will deposit the check and if it does not clear, you will file criminal case of bp 22 against him. hopefully, he will pay.

I'm hoping for your reply. Maraming salamat po.

if you don't deposit them, you will not have proof that the account is closed, and you will be deemed to have waived your right to file a case of bp 22 if they reach more than 6 months.
