Gudeve po..
Nakareceive po aq nung august 5 ng notice to explain..nakastate po dun ung ginawa kong violation, then nag cite po sila ng rules sa handbook na ung act ko is punishable by dismissal or forced resignation.then naka statesa huli nila ay kelangan ko raw po iexplain within 5days upon receipt ung reply q why should i not be given a disciplinary action tungkol sa naviolate q raw po ng company.

Possible pa rin po ba aq materminate qng naklagay po sa memo na nreceive ko ay disciplinary action.?

Yes, pwede kang materminate kung madetermine nila na grabe ang ginawa mo and if the act of dismissing you is not illegal.

So may bearing pa rin po ung reply ko sa knila?..eh kc nagpost na po cla ng hiring sa opis namen with no particular position..pag po pinili q magresign db entitled p rin po aq sa unused sick leave ko at 13th month pay?

Pwede - kung payagan ka magresign habang hindi pa tapos ang kaso mo.

At kung makapag-resign ka, baka pwede kang ma-assume na guilty nga dahil hindi mo hinarap ang sitwasyon.

Hello po..nagpasa na po aq aq ng reply q s nte na nreceive ko..kaso po habang ndi q pa nssubmit un nag post n po agad cla ng vacancy pero wlang nakalagay na position...hanggang ngaun po wala pa po result about dun sa reply ko..basta nareceive lang po nila .
