Now, all of the permanent and temporary employees were given the said bonus last June. Since I WAS (i no longer work there) a contractual, I wondered whether we will be included or not. I clarified it to the accounting department about the matter and gave an ambiguous answer. It was very unclear.
It's August already and employees of the same employment status start to wonder whether we will be granted the bonus or not.
What actions can I take to resolve this problem? Thanks!
