Hi good day,
  I am working for about 3 years at capital power global limited as a senior team member for online gaming data encoder.the said company has a policy that said if we got wrongly encoded a winning number we will be terminate immediately,but they gave us schedule up to the end of august then we will be terminated.
Questions.
*As a regular employee is it fair for me to be terminated because of that offense?
*what are my rights?
*in case I get terminated how much money can I get?
*is their actions are legal?

1. The policy is there and you agreed to it, so yes it may be fair.
2. You are entitled to due process (notice, hearing, decision).
3. None - if due process is followed, and you are really guilty. Without due process, you may be entitled to nominal damages.
4. So far it is, if in the policy.
