I am working for about 3 years at capital power global limited as a senior team member for online gaming data encoder.the said company has a policy that said if we got wrongly encoded a winning number we will be terminate immediately,but they gave us schedule up to the end of august then we will be terminated.
*As a regular employee is it fair for me to be terminated because of that offense?
*what are my rights?
*in case I get terminated how much money can I get?
*is their actions are legal?
