my parents bought a portion of lot 20 years ago, year 1995.. the sale was undergone by deed of absolute sale notarized and signed by attorney and also two witnesses and the guardian of the vendor.. i said guardian because when the transaction happens the owner of the lot is still minor so his parents are the one signed the deed of sale.. At this time the atty and one witness have passed away.. My mother is still alive and the guardians too.. Here is the scenario, since the owner now is at legal age, they are telling that the sale before was void because the owner is still minor.. Since the deed of sale was notarized, we haven't done any action yet due to financial reasons, Is their a possibility that they can still get that portion of lot bought by my parents? We still have the original copy of deed of sale.. Is their an expiration of the said document? Pls help..
