Arresto Menor
Gusto ko lang po mag ask ng advice.
Sa loob ng halos 4 na buwan, ang company namin required kami ng pre shift or post shift OT. Ang tumanggi may notice to explain at less the chance to meet the metrics for incentives. I want to seek advice if it still under the law? By the way, I'm working in a bpo industry.

The BPO industry is known for its pre-shift and post-shift OT.

Because of the necessity at work the company may require the OT.
