Arresto Menor
meron pong gumamit ng pangalan nung kaibigan ko sa money transfer through western union, kung pano po na claim ay hindi na namin alam, pero sa pangalan nya po trinansfer ngayon sya ang hinahabol, nasa us pa yung may ari ng card. ano po ba ang sanctions nito at pano nya dedefend sarili nya?

what has happened so far? you received a demand letter? a subpoena from the prosecutor's office?

inquire from western where the remittance was claimed and see if perhaps they have video surveillance. they are required to ask for identification. good luck.
