Noong sept 4 2015 po ay nag text ako sa TL ko na ako po ay mag reresign na at mag tender ng 30days. Sept 7, gumawa ako ng resignation letter ngunit di ko ito ipinrint agad upang matanong muna kung pano mag susubmit ng letter eh bawal mag pasok ng papel sa office. Sept 7, sa office ang sabi ng TL ko kung ang nais ko mag resign sa pinaka maagang panahon ay gagawan nya ng paraan at pwede nga daw ako mag tender ng 15 days lang instead of 30days at sya na rin bhla mag print ng resignation ko. Mali ang na print nyang date which is effective immediately. Sya na rin po nag crossed out nun at pinalitan nya from sept 7 changed to sept 22 effective date. I signed it after. And after a few days nag papaalam nko sa mga colleagues ko at may nag sbi na kausapin ko ang hr dahil dapat 30 days ang pag render hindi pwdeng shirter or else mag babayad ako. So i did and hr confirmed dapat 30. I asked my TL to have the resignation move if possible so i can tender 30 days. Sabi nya walang problema sya bahala. A week later kinausap ako ng manager dhil sa attendance ko and resignation. I told her nga na mag render ako. She also suggested na if i cant go to work to inform them since over staffed nmn pwede nila ko i approve ng leave. Sept 26 po ata nung last ako pumasok dahil until oct 7 approved ang leave ko dhl over staffed nga kmi.. so come oct 6 i went to the office to return the headset and to inquire bakit na hold sahod ko for oct 5. I found out na ang effectivity ng resignation na nilagay nila under my letter ay resignation moved to oct 1. May legal action po ba ako pwde i take dito? Na penalty ako ng 3500php for the headset dahil lumalabas na late ko ito isinauli. At yun nga po na hold yung pay ko for oct 5... ayaw po nila i admit na sila nakamali sinasabi nila na ako daw may request na i move ng oct 1 and not oct 6... ty po
