I would like to clarify the Individual Contract of Services/Job Order employment, as defined by the Civil Service Commission Resolution No. 020790; is it analogous to the Contractual Employment discussed in the Department of Labor and Employment with Department Order 18-A, Series of 2011?
Are the Job-Order employees entitled to the same rights of a Contractual Employee pursuant to Section 8 of Department Order 18-A, Series of 2011?
