Nagsign po ako ng kontrata sa pinagtatrabahuhan ko for 3 years, pero gusto ko na po mag resign. For my eight years of service in the company, hanggang ngayon feeling ko di pa rin ako pinagkakatiwalaan ng boss namin. Halos lahat ng mga empleyado nakapag loan na ako, til now di pa ako grinant ng loan. Another reason is that; palagi kaming sinisigawan ng chairman namin. Ini-insulto sa harap ng ibang mga empleyado. Minsan nakaka-phobia na pag andito siya sa opisina.Isa nga sa kasamahan namin ang natrauma nung once, sinigaw-sigawan nya kame. Kwento nya pa sa amin, while papunta sya dito sa trabaho nasa daan pa sya, may narinig syang sumisigaw, tumakbo sya ng tumakbo palayo sa naririnig nya dahil akala nya yung chairman namin ang sumisigaw. Another is, kelangan ako ng anak ko, wala kasing mag-aalaga sa kanya. Tulungan nyo po ako. Pwede po ba ako mag resign agad? Wala po ba akong babayaran pag mag resign ako? Eto po ang nakasaad sa kontrata namin; "SPECIAL TRAINING

Expenses incurred by the Company for special training, whether within the country or abroad enjoyed by the recipient, shall, after said training shall agree to serve the Company exclusively for a period determined by the Company proportionate to the value of the expenses incurred during the special training. If said recipient decides to leave the service whether voluntarily or not, before the contract expires, shall reimburse the whole amount of the training expenses incurred and to include the unserved portion which is stipulated in the contract of the recipient. The same shall be without prejudice to any other legal action which the Company may take against you."

Kung meron kang training na pinapunta ka ng kumpanya at sila ang nagbayad, then dapat mong tuparin ang nakasaad doon.

Hindi naman bawal ang nakasaad sa kontrata, at pwede ka naman tumanggi sa simula kung ayaw mo ng patakaran na nakasulat doon.

paano po kung walang training na ginastusan ng company.. sa case ko kasi.. homebased po kami at walang training.. then nung magreresign na ako.. kakasuhan daw ako ng company.. may laban ba ko? under probationary pa naman po ako..
