Helo po mam/sir itatanong ko lang po kung pwede kung sampahan ng kaso ang company ko 2yrs po ako namasukan pero 156 parin po ang daily ko walang over time at walang sss pagibig at philhealth.commission basis po kami 10% daw po sabi nila pero kung I compute po sa payslip hindi po pare pareho may 10% at may 8% lang po..anu po ba ang dapat naming gawing hakbang?lubos po akong nagpapasalamat sa iyong magiging pagtugon..salamat po.

DEMAND it from the company if you haven't done that allready.
If that don't help, file a case at DOLE.
Check too if they have deducted but haven't transfered your tax money to BIR in your name.

at bakit ngayon ka lang nagrereklamo makalipas ang 2 taon?

baka naman puro komisyon lang talaga ang sahod nyo? regular ka ba na empleyado?

ano ang sabi ng kontrata nyo?

Staff po ako sa isang salon.hindi naman po sila nagsabi kung regular ako basta ang alam ko lang po sabi nila pag nakatagal ako six months tanggap na nila ako at pwede na akong magtuloy tuloy at ngayon nga po ay 2yrs na ako.kung mag file po ako ng case against sa company ko hindi po ba iyon makakaapekto sa pag alis ko ng bansa?at kung mag pa labor po ako makukuha ko po ba ang dapat kong makuha like yung 13th ko po.mag reresign na po kasi ako ngayong week inaasikaso ko na rin po kasi ang working abroad ko..worry lang po ako at the same time gusto ko po mabawi mga benifits na dapat binibigay nila sa mga employees nila..
