Good day!

Di po ba based sa labor Code po, any monetary claim ng empleyado beyond 3 years ay wala ng bearing, meaning wala n po silang habol sa employer, tanong ko lng po is kung meron po bang nakalagay s labor code kung ilang taon bago mawalan ng liability si employer kay employee na matagal ng di nagpaparamdam despite na paulit ulit naming pagpapadala ng return to work notice. May mga kaso po kase kame na bigla nalang kaming nakaktanggap ng letter from NLRC filed by an employee na matagal ng di nagrereport sa amin.

1. Return to Work (1st Notice) - after 1 week, padalhan ng ...
2. Return to Work (2nd Notice) - after 1 week at wala pang pagbabalik ...
3. Termination letter.

Dapat lahat registered mail with return card.
