I give birth to my first Baby Last 2014 and aside from the SSS maternity Benefit The company gave me my monthly salary for my 1 month leave only.
But when I give birth birth to my 2nd Baby they said that they will not give any salary for my maternity leave since we change our payroll system and they do not have a basis for the salary.
And now they are telling us that the computation for the 13th month pay is less absent but for my 5 years in our company i am receiving a 13th pay equal to my gross pay without any deduction. is this legal? i want to know my right.?
