Arresto Menor
I work night shift and as such I am entitled to get Night Differential. Unfortunately my company did not give me one last pay cycle. Can i make this a basis for my immediate resignation under Art 285 B 3? thanks

in my opinion, no, that is not sufficient basis; you should still render 30 day notice.

if you do immediately resign, you should weigh the risk whether the company will actually go after you for damages.
