Hi,

You can file a criminal case (violation of Republic Act 9262 for economic abuse) against the father for lack of child support.

Regards,

Atty. Katrina

Hello. In addition to Atty. Katrina's advice, and to strengthen your case, you could try sending a demand letter to the father first. Just indicate there the amount you want to receive and the terms of the support. Give him a certain number of days within which to reply. If he ignores it, then you can file the 9262 case Smile

Just "curious" for an other case. If the father kuve i n province town, earn 8000p per month, support wife and 2 children, but don't support an other child he got with an other woman before that marriage. All the children are still preschool age.
How much support is normal or that ONE other child f if going to court?
