Hello po! Smile I just want to ask something...

I'm currently employed under 3 months contract of man to man teaching for Koreans here in the Philippines. The owners are Korean too and they have some uncommon regulations applied to their employees. 1. Late comers will have a P300 salary deduction. 2. Even if you tell your leave a week before, the owner will still deduct P500 per day of your absence. Those are the things that bothered me since some of my workmates experienced this. I just wanted to know if this is legal and what is our rights as an employee.
