3 months work should render 30 days notice for immediate resignation?

Hi po. ask ko lang po if need ko po bang mag render ng 30 days notice pag nag irrevocable resignation ako even if 3 months lang yung stay ko sa company?

Then ayaw po ako kasi payang ng boss ko ng 30 days gusto nya 60 days ano po ang dapat gawin?

Yes, 30 days is the minimum required by law, even if 3 months ka lang nag-trabaho.

Kung mas mahaba ang sinasabi sa kontrata mo then pwedeng yun ang sundin.
