Does a company should rely solely from the income/collection to be received on an unsure time to pay their employees monthly or it should have enough funds always to avoid delayed salaries?

Normaly it take time to establish a business, so expect you will need to spend more than you earn at least some months.

Delaying payments, specialy salaries, are very BAD, because such damage motivation seriously and by that damage effectivity.
So you better have founds enough to pay everyone in time in the beginning too (Except if you got credit deal with suppliers. Some suppliers agree to give credit, different long time.)

In many cases it's a crime to not pay within agreed time. So better avoid delays by that reason too Smile
