kasal po kmi ng wife ko, hndi n po kmi mgksma s iisang bahay ngaun were both have no partner. preggy po sya ngaun, we hv 1 daughter bukod p s ipnganganak nya ngaun. may krptan po b kong kunin daughter ko at mksma sya kht 2-3days lng? may support nmn po ako s anak ko. panu po kung ayaw ng nanay? ano po ggawin ko?

actually, support depends on the capacity of the father to give support. Meaning, if your salary is 100k a month, you cannot deny that you cannot give 50k support a month. Your wife and children are your responsibilities. It is not tantamount to legal separation, the fact that you live separately. Marriage is protected by our constitution, and you cannot just sever if you don't want it anymore. File annulment or legal separation in the proper court.

FYI: Legal separation and annulment does not excuse you from giving support.

Goodevening po,. May anak po kami ng kalive-in ko,, hiwalay kami,, ngunit ipinagdadamot mo pa niya sa akin anak ko,di niya po sken pinapakita,. May karapatan po ba ako para mabisita at suportahan man lang ang anak ko? May batas po ba para sa mga unmarried dads para magkaron po kami ng rights to visit sa anak po??maraming salamat po..

If you are the father of the child, married or not married you are entitled to have visitorial rights as provided by our law. But 1 question first, are you supporting your child? because you cannot ask for visitorial rigths if you abandoned your partner and child
