Hi! 6 years na ko sa company, this company is closing kasama yung isang sister company pa nila. I was employed by the first company, and yung sister company ilang months pa lang diniscontinue na yung operations collection efforts na lang (financing company). Parehas na ganun na lang ang ginagawa ng 2 companies na yun, and most of us are just waiting for redundancy as they call it. Ngayon, I serve both company hired ako dun sa first and I do some things sa isang company. Nagkamali ako ng ginawa dun sa isang company kasi hindi naman parehas yung access ko sa system and hindi rin sila pareho ng procedure, pwede ba nila ako sanctionan dun or iterminate dahil nagkamali ako dun sa pangalawang company where naayos ko naman? Note: yung pagkakamali ko lang ay namali ako ng compute pero settled naman na by our client themselves, napakiusapan ko naman.

YUng redundancy ba talagang hinihintay yun?

Kung saan ka nagkamaling company, yung company na yun ang may right na magbigay ng sanction. Otherwise, kung I sanctioned ka sa other company na hinde ka nagkamali, that is tantamount to constructive dismissal where you have the right to question the validity of the imposition of the sanction before sa DOLE.

also, yung redundancy is a company's prerogative, wala kang control dun. sila bahala kung magantay ka or whatever, basta kung tanggalin ka due to that redundancy eh may separation pay kang matatangap.
