i know of a married woman who has been using in many of her documents her maiden name though she is not legally separated. she even declared in some public documents (e.g. NBI clearance) that she has no children when in fact she has two daughters.

is there a legal implication?

a married woman may choose to use her maiden name.

if she misdeclares that she is not married nor has daughters, it is important whether her declaration is under oath and that the information is relevant.
