Arresto Menor
Gusto kong mag file ng kaso sa asawa ko at kabit nya dahil nitong January 3, 2011 sinabi nya na makikipagbalikan siya sa akin para mabuo ulit ang pamilya namin at nagkita kami para umayos na at nagkaroon kami nang pagniniig ulit. Ang buong akala ko wala na sila ng kabit nya laking gulat ko ng makita ko ang Facebook nya may relasyon pa sila ng kabit na to at inaway ko sya sa Facebook nagsumbong ang kabit sa asawa ko at inaway ako sa text sinabi na desperada daw ako at mga foul languages mga sinabi nya. 2007 ng niloko nya ako at sumama sa babaeng kabit na ito , may anak kami at di nya sinuporta ito ni minsan, may mga evidence ako sa kanila na naghahalikan mismo sila at mg iba pang matibay na dokumento. Anong procedures ang dapat kong gawin para mapaikulong sila para mabigyan ng katarungan kami ng anak ko at masustento sa anak ko.

how can he provide support to your child if he is in jail? what is your primary objective? to just file a case and have it dismissed once he commits to give support?

draw up your complaint affidavit and file it with the prosecutor's office. i recommend you file a complaint for economic abuse and concubinage if you can prove they are living together.
