Arresto Menor
My case po ko na pinasa sa NLRC as per advise by PAO
Im working at BPO
our account is tech sales
one of my team mate was caught doing fraud
double charging the customer
sending software license on personal email
saving credit card info on her notebook
then in a way nadamay kami kasi sa team namin ng bbgyan kmi ng sales
ngkaroon kmi ng hearing at parang naging one sided yung heairng
binato kmi ng binato ng accusations during the hearing na cheating daw yung ginawa nmn
khit wlang memo para dun
at nging practice na ng company namin yun
mg 4 yrs na yung company ngyon lang nila sinabi yun
den accept na namin yung hatol
at nasuspend kami ng 5 days
inaccept namin yung suspension dahil ayaw din namin mawalan ng trabaho
ang nkalagay sa papers namin is suspension lang
after 7 days ako bumalik dahil nagkasakit ako parang bloated yung tyan ko
tpos ng call ako ng 2 days
after 2 days gnawa ng management nilipat kmi ng ibang LOB because they dont trust as anymore daw
pero same account pa dn
at sa LOB na yun nawala yung LOB allowance namin worth 4k
at the same time yung incentive namin na pwede kitain na ng range ng 5-20K
ska ang account is just customer service
ang pnanggalingn nmn is tech sales
ang layo sa pinanggalingn nmn
ng tanung kmi sa atty sa PAO
ang sabi constructive dismissal daw yun
ng file kmi ng letter of protest
pero tinuloy pa rn nila
so we were advise to go to nlrc
sabi ng NLRC constructive dismissal po yun
hngi po sana kami ng legal advise dahil grabe oppression gngawa smin ng HR ska ng management
pasalamat daw kmi d kmi nwalan ng trabaho
we dont know what we did daw
were threatining the account pa daw samantalang yung ibang bnigyan nila ng paper with the same case nandun pa din s LOB n yun at dinidelay nila yung hatol
my nka sched po kami na hearing sa 17 ano po ba ang aasahn nmn during the hearing
