Hello! Hope you can help me with this scenario. Not sure whether to post in Family & Marriage or here.

X and Y were married in Jan 2000 (without a pre-nuptial agreement) and after five years X and Y decided to file for an annulment of their marriage. Should the annulment be granted, does Y have have the right to the following:

1) properties X inherited (before marriage) from a deceased parent
2) properties X inherited (after marriage) from a deceased parent
3) properties X has yet to inherit
4) properties given to X by X's parents (before marriage)
5) properties given to X by X's parents (after marriage)

Thank you!

Assignment ito ha sa clase.. anyway, just focus on
1. concept of absolute community of property (marriage without pre nup)
2. what comprises of ACP.
3. what are exlusions on ACP
4. effect of dissolution of marriage as to their property.

Andyan ang sagot.
