Nag seek lang po ng advise regarding my boyfriend's incident. He is now facing a possible termination sentence after being casecon due to taunting a fight with his boss. Story goes like this, at first he used their chatroom to chat with an agent who is asking assistance to with his schedule and after my boyfriend is done with his request, he ask if he can join lunch with them, his boss noticed the conversation and send the report to his manager and filed for an IR (which is the company's rule) in his IR it was stated that this is a malicious act. after a few days, a gossip is spreading in his work place that he is maliciously using his position that cause people to spread rumor about him. one night I saw him bothered and he tell me whats going on in his work palce and told me that he is suprise how the agents know wherein he and his boss and manager is the only people in the said email but prefered to disregard it since he told me it's normal. yesterday he called me and told me that he is now facing charges due to his super visor complaint of harrasment since he confronted his team with what's going on. I asked him what happen? he then told me that they had a team building last week and he preffered to stay to cover the shift and one of his friend team leader told him that he is the hot topic of the said outing. he was told that his supervisor is calling him "Halaman or useless" where in fact he's numbers are good to win awards. he then sees an oppourtunity to talk to his team on a huddle and stated ano bang problema nyo sakin? he ask his super visor in a tone ano bang problema mo sakin bakit mo ko sinsabihang HALAMAN? his super visor denied and said hindi ako un "in a tone also". he said some one told me na ikaw un ano bang problema mo sakin? kung may problem ka sakin pwede ntn "pag usapan sa labas" but he did not say any cursing words,touched anyone in any matter as witnessed by his manager. his manger then asked them if he wants to talk it in her room and he said "ok po". he then explained that all the gossips and rumor that is spreading in the office is ruining his career but he did not complaint even thou he feels like his super visor is not OK with him, his manager even ask, do you want to file for a complaint and he told her "NO" I just want to fix this and he wants to talk about it once and for all since we are a team. when his super visor came in the room, he then ask "ano bang problema mo sakin pre, bakit mo sinabi un" his super visor replies also with a tone, Hindi ako un, may boyfriend ask "Eh sino" and he then reply "ahh tama na to mag cocomplaint nlng ako ng harrasment". Now Gossip is spreading that he "Dirty finger" his boss and some team leader justify to that, he even approach his manager and told her that "Boss, you saw I did not do that" his manager told him Yes I did not see it but they accuse you of doing it. with his suprise everyhting is being spread to his office and suprisngly agents are now seing him differnetly
Sorry for the long story since I just want to indicate some part why he did the said approach.
May questions are:
* Is he now subject for termination since he talk in a tone and say words such as "pwede nmn nating tong pagusapan sa labas" given the humility he got after the said gossip and insulting words?
* Given he did not curse, hit or directly assult anyone aside from the words "pwede ntn tong pagusapans a labas" is a ground for grave offence?
* Since his reputation is being ruined with the said gossips, can he file a seperate complaint now since he feels like his boss can manipulate things.
